Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: We process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. (Excludes weekends, UK bank holidays, and any limited-edition “drop” periods noted on product pages.)
• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your order is placed, and another when it has shipped.

2. Shipping Regions & Costs

• Regions Served: We currently ship to addresses in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). If you wish to ship elsewhere, please contact us at hello@sincityspirits.com to check feasibility and costs.
• Shipping Options & Costs:
  • Standard UK Delivery (2–4 business days after dispatch): £4.95 per order.
  • Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days after dispatch): £6.95 per order.
• Shipping costs will be shown in your basket/checkout before payment and confirmed on the order review page.
• Age Verification on Delivery: All alcohol deliveries require an adult (18+) signature and valid photo ID at the point of delivery. Please ensure someone 18 or over is available to receive the package; couriers may return parcels if no adult is present.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
• You can check delivery status via the courier’s tracking portal.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window (e.g., within 5 business days of the shipping confirmation for standard delivery), please contact us at hello@sincityspirits.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

4. Delivery Issues

• Delayed or Lost Deliveries: If tracking shows unexpected delays or loss, contact us so we can liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a courier cannot deliver because no adult was available, follow the courier’s instructions for re-delivery or collection. Contact us if you need assistance.
• Incorrect Address: If you provided the wrong address, contact us immediately (before dispatch) to update it. After dispatch, changes may not be possible; additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Change of Mind: Due to legal and safety regulations around alcohol, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the order has been dispatched.
• Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sincityspirits.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. We will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, at our discretion.
  3. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned (we will provide a prepaid returns label) or, in some cases, ask you to dispose of it safely and confirm via photo.
• Non-Delivery: If your package is confirmed “lost” by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund once investigation is complete.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we confirm eligibility. Timing for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank.

6. Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing hello@sincityspirits.com with your order number. We will refund you in full.
• After Dispatch: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible under “change of mind.” Refer to the “Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items” policy if there is an issue.
