SIN CITY SPIRITS is an online alcohol retailer. We are committed to selling alcohol responsibly and to ensuring that our products are only purchased and received by customers who are legally allowed to buy alcohol in the United Kingdom.
Alcohol must not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. UK licensing guidance is based on protecting children from harm and preventing alcohol being sold to under-18s.

2. Age restriction
You must be 18 years old or over to enter this website, place an order, purchase alcohol, or receive alcohol from us.
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- the person receiving the delivery is at least 18 years old;
- the information you provide to us is true and accurate;
- you understand that age verification may be required.
3. Website age gate
When entering our website, visitors may be asked to confirm that they are of legal drinking age.
This age gate is an important first step, but it does not replace our right to carry out further checks before dispatch, during delivery, or where we reasonably believe age verification is required.
4. Age verification on delivery
Our deliveries may be subject to age verification. The recipient may be asked to provide valid photographic identification before alcohol is handed over.
We may use a Challenge 25 approach. This means that if the recipient appears to be under 25, they may be asked to prove that they are over 18. Challenge 25 is a recognised retail strategy designed to help prevent underage sales by encouraging anyone who looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID.
Acceptable forms of ID may include:
- a valid passport;
- a photocard driving licence;
- a PASS-approved proof of age card;
- any other valid photographic ID accepted by the courier or delivery provider.
Official guidance for licensed premises states that acceptable identification should include a photograph, date of birth and holographic mark.
5. Delivery restrictions
Alcohol orders must be received by a person aged 18 or over.
To help prevent underage access to alcohol:
- orders must not be accepted by anyone under 18;
- deliveries may not be left in a safe place;
- deliveries may not be left unattended;
- deliveries should not be left with a neighbour unless the courier confirms that age verification has been completed and the recipient is aged 18 or over;
- if valid age verification cannot be completed, the delivery may be refused.
6. Failed age verification
If age verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or recall the order.
Where an order is cancelled or returned because age verification has failed or because no suitable adult is available to accept delivery, we may refund the order value after deducting any reasonable delivery, return, administration or courier charges that we incur.
7. Intoxication and responsible delivery
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we have reason to believe that supplying alcohol would be irresponsible, unlawful or unsafe.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations where the recipient appears to be underage, unable to provide valid ID, or where delivery cannot be completed responsibly.
8. Responsible drinking
SIN CITY SPIRITS supports responsible alcohol consumption.
Our products are intended for adults only and should be enjoyed responsibly. We do not encourage excessive consumption, irresponsible drinking, drinking and driving, or alcohol use by under-18s.
