2. Age restriction
You must be 18 years old or over to enter this website, place an order, purchase alcohol, or receive alcohol from us.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are aged 18 or over;
- the person receiving the delivery is aged 18 or over;
- you will provide accurate information;
- you understand that age verification may be required.
Alcohol must not be sold to anyone under 18 in the UK. Age verification may be required before dispatch or at delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order where we cannot verify age, where delivery cannot be completed responsibly, or where we reasonably believe the order may breach alcohol licensing requirements.
3. Our products
We sell vodka, rum, gin, cocktails and other spirit drinks. We may also sell other related products or merchandise in the future.
Product descriptions, images and information are provided to help you understand our products. We aim to make product information as accurate as possible, but minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product, including bottle presentation, label finish, batch details, packaging or colour appearance on screen.
You should always read the product information shown on the product page before placing an order.
4. Alcohol content and responsible drinking
Alcohol should be enjoyed responsibly.
We do not encourage excessive consumption, underage drinking, drinking and driving, or irresponsible use of alcohol.

5. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
If payment is not authorised or is later reversed, we may cancel the order.
7. Order acceptance
Your order is accepted when payment has been received and we confirm that we are able to process the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- failed or incomplete age verification;
- payment problems;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- stock availability issues;
- pricing or product information errors;
- delivery restrictions;
- suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- legal, licensing or courier-related restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you using the original payment method, subject to any deductions allowed under these Terms & Conditions or our policies.
8. Customer accounts
Customers may be able to create an account on our website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must ensure that the information in your account is accurate and up to date.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been misused, used fraudulently, used to breach these Terms & Conditions, or used in connection with unlawful activity.
9. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Online traders normally have to provide clear delivery information, and goods must be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period is agreed with the customer.
10. Delivery age checks
Alcohol deliveries must be accepted by someone aged 18 or over.
The courier may request valid photographic ID before handing over the parcel.
Orders must not be left unattended, in a safe place, or with anyone under 18.
If age verification cannot be completed, delivery may be refused and the order may be returned to us.
If an order is returned because of failed age verification, failed delivery, refusal, incorrect address details or failure to collect, we may refund the order value after deducting reasonable delivery, return, administration or courier charges.
11. Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, and you do not need to give a reason.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, intact, sealed where applicable, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item and check that it meets the return conditions, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

For damaged deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product where possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, withdraw products, change product ranges or discontinue products at any time.
If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate and may offer a replacement, cancellation or refund.
14. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.
We may change, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time.
Discount codes:
- may only be valid for a limited time;
- may be restricted to certain products;
- may not be used with other offers;
- may be limited to one use per customer;
- may be withdrawn if misused.

All content on this website, including text, images, product names, designs, graphics, logos, branding and layout, is owned by or licensed to SIN CITY SPIRITS Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, comments, images, feedback or other content to us, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may moderate, remove or refuse to publish content that we consider inappropriate, misleading, offensive, unlawful or inconsistent with our brand or legal obligations.

We aim to keep the website available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend, restrict or update the website at any time for maintenance, security, improvements or business reasons.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for:
- losses that were not reasonably foreseeable;
- business losses;
- loss of profit, revenue or opportunity;
- delays caused by events outside our control;
- misuse of our products;
- incorrect information provided by the customer.
19. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, technical failures, supply issues, government restrictions, legal changes, payment provider issues or other unexpected events.
