Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are dispatched and delivered by SIN CITY SPIRITS Ltd, trading as SIN CITY SPIRITS.

We currently sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Some UK locations may take longer to deliver to, including remote areas, islands, Highlands and certain rural postcodes.

2. Delivery provider

We currently use Royal Mail and/or approved delivery partners to deliver our orders.

Because we sell alcohol, deliveries may be subject to age verification. Royal Mail offers an age verification delivery process for items that can only be delivered to a recipient aged 18 or over.

3. Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within:

1–3 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions or seasonal peaks, dispatch may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated delivery times

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier disruption, weather, bank holidays, peak trading periods or circumstances outside our control.

5. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery costs may vary depending on the order, delivery method, promotions or courier pricing.

6. Age verification on delivery

You must be 18 years old or over to order or receive alcohol from SIN CITY SPIRITS.

The person accepting delivery may be asked to provide valid photographic ID. If the recipient cannot prove they are aged 18 or over when requested, the delivery may be refused.

Acceptable ID may include:

  • a valid passport;
  • a photocard driving licence;
  • a PASS-approved proof of age card;
  • any other photographic ID accepted by the courier.

7. No safe place or unattended deliveries

Alcohol deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or over.

To help prevent alcohol being accessed by under-18s, orders must not be:

  • left in a safe place;
  • left unattended;
  • left outside;
  • accepted by anyone under 18.

Where possible, alcohol deliveries should be handed directly to an adult recipient.

8. Delivery to neighbours

Alcohol orders should not be left with a neighbour unless the courier confirms that age verification has been completed and the recipient is aged 18 or over.

If the courier cannot complete delivery safely and responsibly, the parcel may be returned to us.

9. Failed delivery or failed age verification

If delivery fails because:

  • no suitable adult is available to accept the parcel;
  • age verification cannot be completed;
  • valid ID is not provided when requested;
  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
  • the parcel is not collected after a delivery attempt;

the order may be returned to us.

If the order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may refund the order value after deducting any reasonable delivery, return, administration or courier charges that we incur.

10. Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

11. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the damaged outer packaging;
  • photographs of the damaged product;
  • photographs of any broken glass or leakage, if safe to do so;
  • a brief explanation of the issue.

Please do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until we have reviewed the issue, unless it is unsafe to keep.

12. Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at:

We will review the tracking information and work with the delivery provider where appropriate.

13. Delivery and legal cancellation rights

This Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For online purchases, UK customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving goods, and then have a further 14 days to return them.
