Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items and incorrect orders are handled by SIN CITY SPIRITS Ltd, trading as SIN CITY SPIRITS.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Contact details

If you need to contact us about a return, refund, damaged item or incorrect order, email:

Please include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

2. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to return.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unopened;
  • unused;
  • intact;
  • sealed where applicable;
  • in their original packaging;
  • in a resaleable condition.

We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, tampered with, partly consumed, or returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.

4. Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot process a refund for items that we do not receive.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item and checked that it meets the return conditions in this policy.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

6. Delivery charges and return costs

Where an order is returned because you have changed your mind, refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel, provided incorrect delivery details, or failed age verification, we may deduct reasonable delivery, return, administration or courier costs from any refund.

Where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will handle the issue in line with your statutory rights.

7. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the damaged outer packaging;
  • photographs of the damaged item;
  • photographs of any broken glass, leakage or seal damage, if safe to do so;
  • a brief explanation of the issue.

Please do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, unless it is unsafe to keep.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, photographs where relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue.

If we confirm that the item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

9. Opened bottles

For safety, hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot normally accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.

10. Failed age verification

You must be 18 years old or over to order and receive alcohol from SIN CITY SPIRITS.

If delivery fails because valid age verification cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to us.

If an order is returned because age verification failed, we may refund the order value after deducting any reasonable delivery, return, administration or courier costs that we incur.

11. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges.

If we agree to an exchange, the original item must be returned unopened, unused, intact and in resaleable condition before any replacement is dispatched.

12. How to start a return

To start a return, email:

Please include:

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • the item you wish to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photographs, if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We will then provide further instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

13. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You may have additional rights if goods are faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refunds & Returns Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this website.
